two people are being grappled, a player and an enemy, and someone casts energy missile on the enemy is there any way the player would be effected? like 50%miss or both be effected or what would happen in this situation raw?

Energy Missile (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/energyMissile.htm) is a psionic power. Although in case the OP does mean Magic Missile, note that they are functionally similar.

You only risk hitting an ally in a grapple when you use a ranged attack that requires an attack roll. So, using a Longbow or casting Scorching Ray/Energy ray has a chance to hit an ally. Magic Missile and Energy Missile do not.
