Ninja (Wis) + Carmendine Monk (Int) to AC?

The Ninja CC [CompAdv] states that its AC Bonus (Wis) does not stack with the Monk CC AC Bonus (Wis) ability.
But what if the bonus to AC you get from Monk is not based off Wisdom, but off Intelligence (as with the Carmendine Monk feat)?
RAI, I'd think not. But what do YOU think?

Tanks. By RAW, no.

Both are still count as the Monk's AC Bonus ability whether or not either is derived off of Wisdom.

It only matters that the two class features are both named "AC Bonus" and grant an unnamed bonus to AC. Unnamed bonuses from the same source don't stack, so two abilities named "AC Bonus" will not stack with each other. What ability score each uses is completely irrelevant.
