When it says the dragon can cast spells from X domain as arcane spells, does that mean he automatically knows them? If not, what's the point? A sorcerer only has so many spells known.

Off-topic: Why do people always say ToB was the last book? Dragons of Eberron was after it.The tiny bit of "support" it got in DoE was terrible, but it was mentioned.

Dragons with effective sorcerer casting are still constrained by spells known just the same as any sorcerer. The pool of spells they have to draw from is just bigger than an equivalent human sorcerer. Whether or not they take advantage of those spells is up to the individual dragon. Do note that having the domains on his/her spell list also opens up Spell Trigger and Spell Completion items without needing UMD even if the dragon doesn't learn the spell as one of his few spells known.

And I don't think anyone has ever said that ToB was the last book printed. It was ONE of the later books printed, true, but not THE last book.
