The feat Tashalatora in Secrets of Sarlona requires the "monastic training" feat, yet this prerequisite feat doesn't seem to be in that book. Where is the Monastic Training feat?

Note, if your DM does not impose multiclass restriction to begin with, Monastic Training is so useless you could probably ask for that to be waived completely.
