Need help with this three spells. All are variants of the same spell, with the idea being a "selective" antimagic field.

Antispell Field, Lesser

Abjuration
Level: Clr 6 Magic 4, Protection 4, Sor/Wiz 4
Components: V, S, M/DF
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: 10 ft.
Area: 10-ft.-radius emanation, centered on you
Duration: 10 min./level (D)
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: See text

This spell acts identically to Antimagic Field, except that it blocks a single, specific spell. The spell must be chosen at the time of casting and cannot be changed at any time. Multiple castings of this spell do not stack, only the most recent Antispell Field will function. Spells with very similar effects will function, but if the effect of the spell is precisely duplicated, it is still blocked, as are shadow versions of the blocked spell.

This spell functions identically to antispell field, lesser but blocks spells based on category. A caster may chose ONE of the following categories.

Spell School
Spell type (Arcane/Divine)
Spell Level (Only one level)
Spell Energy Type

Spells that include a blocked element do not function in the antispell field

I never would have guessed that!

Oops. That's supposed to say "identically to antispell field, lesser"

Any other comments? (Since I forgot to mention it, this is for 3.5e D&D.)

I like them. They are simple, effective, & useful. I like that they make antimagic far less binary, & would help to broaden the use of magic blocking areas by allowing lower-level characters access to them. Good temples would ban necromancy, lich lairs would block healing spells, the king's inner sanctum would prohibit illusion/enchantment, etc. Kudos.

I would check out Otiluke's Supressing Field in Complete Mage, might give you ideas.

Is the wording of Greater Antispell Field sufficiently clear?
