Psionic help (3.5)

Greetings all. I'm working on a psionic build, is ther eanythign like Spellsword that increased manifester level at full BAB? I only found Illithid Slayer, it has what I'm looking for, bu not the right fluff for the character... Maybe I'm just being to picky.

Abjurant Champion has a psionic adaptation - this "Psychokinetic Champion" would give you 5/5 BAB and full manifesting. (CM pg. 52.) This is the only official class I know of with full psionic progression and BAB.

lords of madness has the sanctified mind. 5/6 manifesting, full bab, really nifty 'mental defense' abiloty starting at its first level.

Ghostbreaker, and yes, it is also 5/5. Not technically official, but given that its written by Bruce Cordell, more official than most.
