While making a new build, I ended up (don't know how) in the Book of Vile Darkness. I started flipping through the Prestige Classes, and some of them looked like they'd be fun. Only problem, many DM's don't allow/like it when the players are of an Evil alignment. So here's the thought. Why not make a Neutral/non-evil dependent variant of the Prestige Classes?

And so, this thread was born. I've already taken one of the classes, the Thrall of Graz'zt, and statted out a new version of it, posted below. How would you stat out these Prestige Classes?

Variant: Planar Charmer
Hit Die: d6.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify to become a Planar Charmer, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 5 ranks, Bluff 2 ranks, Diplomacy 2 ranks.
Feats: Any Metamagic feat, Signature Spell (Any Enchantment)
Spells: Must be able to cast 3rd-level enchantment spells.
CLASS SKILLS
The Planar Charmer's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Knowledge (any) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Open Lock (Dex), Perform (Cha), Pick Pocket (Dex), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Spot (Wis), and Use Magic Device (Cha). See Chapter 4 of the Player’s Handbook for skill descriptions. Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier.
CLASS FEATURES
All the following are class features of the Planar Charmer prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Planar Charmers gain no new proficiencies.
Spells: When a Planar Charmer gains 1st level, and every two levels after that (plus 10th level), the character gains new spells per day as if she had also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (improved chance of controlling or rebuking undead, metamagic or item creation feats, hit points beyond those received from the prestige class, and so on), except for an increased effective level of spellcasting. This essentially means that she adds the new level of Planar Charmer to the level of whatever other spellcasting class the character has, then determines spells per day, spells known, and caster level accordingly. For example, if Kalleyis, an 8th-level wizard, gains a level in Planar Charmer, she gains new spells as if she had risen to 9th level in wizard, but uses the other Planar Charmer aspects of level progression such as base attack bonus and save bonus. If she next gains a level of wizard, making her a 9th-level wizard/1st-level Planar Charmer, she gains spells as if she had risen to 10th-level wizard. If a character had more than one spellcasting class before she became a Planar Charmer, she must decide to which class she adds the level of Planar Charmer.
Charm (Sp): A Planar Charmer can produce an effect identical to that of a charm person spell cast by a caster of the Planar Charmer class level.
Surprise Spell (Su): When casting a damage-dealing spell at a target or targets denied their Dexterity bonus, a Planar Charmer of 2nd level or higher can increase the amount of damage dealt. A 2nd-level charmer, for example, adds +1d6 points of damage to a spell cast against flatfooted targets. The damage increase goes up by +1d6 for every two levels beyond 2nd, to +5d6 at 10th level. This ability is otherwise identical to the rogue's sneak attack class ability.
Planar Charisma (Ex): At 3rd level, a Planar Charmer can add an enhancement bonus on all Charisma based skill checks. The bonus is +1 at 3rd level, +2 at 5th level, +3 at 7th level, and +4 at 9th level. The bonus improves Charisma based skill checks when dealing with creatures of any plane other than your home plane. This bonus is doubled whenever you are on any plane other than your home plane (i.e. when you have the extraplanar subtype).
Summon Outsider (Sp): A 4th-level Planar Charmer can summon an Outsider of 5 HD or less once per day. This functions as a summon monster spell cast by a 15th-level caster. A 9th-level Planar Charmer can summon an Outsider of 10 HD or less once per day.
Spellstrike (Su): If a Planar casts a damaging spell upon a target or targets threatened in melee (and thus distracted), the thrall can add half of the surprise spell bonus (round down) to the damage dealt. Thus, a 6th-level or 7th-level Planar Charmer deals an additional +1d6 points of damage with a spell against threatened targets. At 8th level and higher, this bonus damage increases to +2d6 points.
