I was talking with a friend of mine who's making a psy war for a campaign I'm going to run. He wants to go Elocater and they have such a low hit die I was thinking of ways to avoid being hit. Flipping through the available powers I can across compression and started laughing thinking about how hard to hit a halfling manifesting compression would be.
Then I started to think about it a little more seriously and now I'm wondering, what are the best ways a tiny character can contribute to combat? Are there ways to get big damage while being having such small weapon dice and strength scores? Weapon Finesse and touch powers is all I can think of but since PP don't last forever I was wondering if there are other consistent methods.

Something like this?

The other killer gnome AKA "I may be tiny; but you are dead" (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872846/I_May_Be_Tiny,_But_Youre_Dead:_the_other,_melee_Ki ller_Gnome,_for_your_pleasure.)

There are a couple of builds here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166539) that'll help you get an idea. Blade Bravo is pretty sexy for what you are trying to do.
