Is it the same Blood Moon as every year, or are they adding some significant new parts this time?

The release notes (http://www.champions-online.com/release-notes) state "In addition to a new Trick or Treat game there are new items, new rewards and a new Challenge".

Took a while (the ghost action figure took ages to show up), but I got all the collectables from trick-or-treating. There's a bunch of stuff from the event in the last 2 pages of the SG vault: action figures, temp transformation items and costume unlocks.

Huh, so the most interesting change is probably the fact that event monsters now scale. And it's done on a per-character basis, so a lvl40 and a lvl1 can both have an impact against Tacofanes, for example.
