Question about Magus Spells

I'm dipping into Magus with the Hexcrafter archetype, and this confuses me.. It says to add Bestow Curse and Major Curse to your known spells, but they have different levels for different classes.. Sorcerer/wizard 4, witch 3, oracle/cleric 3.. Should I go with the witch one because Hexcrafter is based off of witch?

If it doesn't have a listing for the Magus' spell level, then yeah, I would assume you would use the Witch's level.
