several of the vile feats grant you bonuses as swift or immeadiate actions, such as insane defiance, in exchange for a penalty to whichever attribute.
however, say you had immunity to ability drain/ability damage, would you then be able to ignore the penalties?
that would make for one very baddass evil character :belkar:
so what do people think?

17 views and no one has anything to say about this? :smallconfused:
Since binding Naberius works for Hellfire Warlock, I'd say yes.
What's the wording for the feats? If they say that by voluntarily taking the penalty, you can do neat stuff, then no, it wouldn't work. But if they say that doing neat stuff causes you to take the penalty, then very possibly yes.

If the feats say "penalty" no, being immune to ability damage/drain will not make you immune to the draw back from the feats. And since ability damage/drain can be healed, the feats drawback is pointless as a simple restoration will fix it. So, no, you aren't immune to it since its not ability damage/drain. Hellfire Warlock makes you take drain. Or is it damage? Either case, Naberious heals it back right away so its an entirely different story.
