Is there still a Ravenloft around? Like a AD&D facimile of the Ravenloft us
30+ somethings grew up with?

3.5e has Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, which is primarily an adventure path, with a few token spells/feats, etc thrown in.

There is a full Ravenloft Campaign Setting for 3e though, IIRC

This is why I LOVE hybrid homebrews, I suppose. When I game a horror campaign in "ravenloft"...we just name it something different and integrate the books of 2nd edition. I love LOVE LOVE the 2nd edition books for Ravenloft! The Heroes of Horror/Book of Vile Darkness books make for good supplements but at the end of the day, it all boils down to the twisted brain of the DM, I suppose.

By the way, I have found sheer terror (with lots of Poe-esque details) can put even vet gamers in an awkward spot.
