Curduin Pic(request)

I'm looking for a picture (or perhaps a good tracing) of Curduin, Cultist of Dispater, who appears on page 27 of The Fiendish Codex II, or a way to retrieve the image myself.

If someone does trace it or otherwise draws the image, it would be great if you could leave out the mace, though this is not completely necessary.
