Humanoid Simulacrum with Acquired Templates?

A. Would you allow it to be done if you were DM?
B. If yes, which templates would you allow or not allow?

Assuming it can be done, I'm looking to list the probable templates that can be stacked upon a humanoid simulacrum.

Here's a short list of ones that I am thinking of which explicitly state that they can be acquired (in this case, with regard to keeping the simulacrum a living creature with a constitution score thats still open to mind-affecting effects).

Faerzress-infused (underdark)
Mineral Warrior (underdark)
Dark Creature
a high HD version of Lycanthropy

Since simulacrum requires a piece of flesh from the original creature (unless you're doing Mirror Mephit shenanigans), I would assume whatever templates were on the original creature would also be part of the simulacrum.
