I have a question about the class feature of the void disciple.

If the class feature affects an ally, can the class feature affect the void disciple ?

A void disciple can grant an ally the temporary ability any skill or feat. (moment of clarity)

Are there a mean to affect himself when a class feature affect only a ally ? feat ? other prc ?

The default in 3.5 D&D is that a character is considered his or her own ally. There are a few cases where this isn't so, but the exception is always specifically given.

Really? when did this happen? got a page reference?

I at least know of examples that specifically say something can affect an ally, but can't affect yourself. For example, the Cleric spell Benediction (CC) grants a +2 luck bonus to saving throws and allows one reroll, however it says, "Unlike most touch spells, Benediction cannot be used on yourself. Its effects are for the benefit of others only."

It's nothing new at all. Just look at the glossary in the back of your PHB:

ally: A creature friendly to you. In most cases, references to “allies” include yourself.
