PHB II introduced the concept of Affiliations, which are very much awesome. But what other books also have Affiliations in them?

Complete Champion and City of Stormreach have some I believe. As expected the Complete Champion ones are significantly better, although Stormreach does have some fun ones.

One of them is a Forgers guild.
You join by paying with 1,000 gold worth of gems.
You get +2 on your affiliation score if the gems were fakes and you successfully bluffed your entry.

The Knowledge Affiliation had some way to block spellcasting.
