Battle Royale 3: Candidate nomination

[Sunken Valley]

Have you ever wanted to pair up some of the most outrageous fictional characters in an all out brawl? Well this is your chance.

64 universes have been chosen - from each two will rise: a hero and a villain.

The first rules are easy - each voter picks a hero and villain from each universe that has been chosen. To make things clear put your hero vote first. If you don't know a universe, you don't have to vote for that one. No single voter can choose the same character as both a hero and a villain.

No being who is omnipotent or so powerful as to be "unbeatable" cannot be nominated. Neither can any combatant weaker than a 3rd level character of tier 4 or above. This is to control power levels. Furthermore, if anyone puts an outlawed character based on ungodly strong/weak levels, let me know.

Actually "planet smashing" is a reasonable level, maybe slightly stronger. Anything significantly stronger than that is a problem. If candidates are equal or slightly greater than Battle Royale I's champions (Darkseid, Piccolo, Willow and Thor) that's cool. But when you get beyond that like in BR2 (Dream, Death, maybe Dr Manhattan to some people) it gets stupid.

PPS: Just want to remind everyone that Battle Royale III will have a twist which will radically shake up game play. I mentioned it 3 times in the last thread but am mentioning it again so that nobody thinks "Sunken tricked us" when ROund 1 week 1 shows up.

I voted for Ascended Mayor because human Mayor is easy to beat. He has no offensive capability and victory doesn't require the death of the foe.

I've got it. I have found a universe which would never be picked normally but with the twist in play is at a supreme advantage. Unfortunately for democracy, I will pick the two candidates myself. You will meet both of them in round 1 week 3.

No Slayers. That's thing's not nearly popular enough outside japan except to hard core anime fans (like you and Prime). Besides even if we did pick it, it would probably be purged when I half the number of universes in BR4.
