I built this class to fill in a gap that was left in my campaign for someone who exploited the high tech level of the campaign world, and the high magic level simultaneously, blending the two (hopefully into a harmonious whole).
This is the first time I've done this, so I'm really looking for critiques of the prestige class itself, or things I may have done to unbalance the game by giving the player this class.
Essentially, I took these guys as the bards of the far-future d&d universe. Not super great at spellcasting, but also specializing in a unique skillset (tech, as opposed to music).

For reference the tech specialty ability from the tech specialist class in star wars d20 gives a boost to a tech-based skill.
