I built this class to fill in a gap that was left in my campaign for someone who exploited the high tech level of the campaign world, and the high magic level simultaneously, blending the two (hopefully into a harmonious whole).

This is the first time I've done this, so I'm really looking for critiques of the prestige class itself, or things I may have done to unbalance the game by giving the player this class.

Essentially, I took these guys as the bards of the far-future d&d universe. Not super great at spellcasting, but also specializing in a unique skillset (tech, as opposed to music).

For reference the tech specialty ability from the tech specialist class in star wars d20 gives a boost to a tech-based skill.

I know its your first time making a class, but 3.5 classes generally have 3 different types of BAB progression: Good (+1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +6, etc.), Moderate (+0, +1, +2, +3, +3, +4, +5, +6, +6, etc.), and Poor (+0, +1, +1, +2, +2, +3, +3, etc.).

There are 2 types of save progression: Good (+2, +3, +3, +4, +4, etc.), and Poor (+0, +0, +1, +1, +1, +2, +2, +2, etc.)

Otherwise, it looks fine to me.

I had a feeling those were too high, probably should've looked at the saves at the beginning of PHB1. I think I'm going to keep the total of 8/10 BAB progression that way if the player has 3/4 BAB they end up with the +15 they ought to have at lvl 20.

Also, if anyone has any ideas for other Algorithms, or alternative class abilities, I'd love to hear them.
