I have pounce and a gore attack. I charge, gore, then attack at my full bab with my great axe. Is this correct? Citation necessary.

Your axe will be primary and your Gore secondary at -5 (or -2 if you have Multiattack)

Backwards. You generally do your iterative attacks with manufactured weapons first, then secondary natural attacks after that.

Actually, by RAW I think the book says go in order from highest attack to lowest, and secondary attacks have a -5 penalty so they generally come after your iteratives.
