WHen a subject is scryed upon there is a will save by the subject right?

If the save succeeds the scrying fails...does the subject know the attempt was made to scry upon them?

If the save fails does the subject know anything?

Simple questions I'm sure but thanks for answering

If the save succeeds, the victim knows that he made a save, but not against what. If he wasn't able to see the spell being cast and make the relevant spellcraft roll, there is pretty much no way to determine WHY you made the save, or against WHAT, just that you had to and you made it.

If the save fails, assuming there are no overt symptoms of the spell, the subject is otherwise oblivious (barring specific explicit exceptions like Charm Person).

This goes for ALL spells, not just scrying.

If he succeeds on the save, he knows that he rolled a save. He can then attempt a spellcraft check DC 25 + spell level, and if that succeeds he knows what spell it was.
