Are there items out there that allow you to see invisible creatures? Even with Greater Invisibility?

Anything that replicates the spell or spell effect of See Invisibility (or on a larger scale True Seeing) will show you things hidden with both regular Invisibility and Greater Invisibility.

Edit - The first item that comes to mind is a Gem of Seeing.

Is there a reference that lists said items?

Corsair's eyepatch (MIC).

Also, Scout's Headband (MIC).

Or Dragon Mask (I think?) also in MIC.

If you had some method of pinpointing your foe (like Tremorsense or Blindsense), and a way to ignore concealment (like a Seeking bow, or the Pierce Magical Concealment feat), you could attach a Lesser Revelation crystal to your weapon which would "paint" a foe for a round to allow your team members to beat the pants off them for a round.

You could hire the services of a 1st level warlock with the See the Unseen invocation to follow your party around and point to your invisible foes.

Other options: sack of flour is fun and cheap. Also, if you have a druid or ranger, use wildshape/animal companion to get scent.

True Seeing (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/trueSeeing.htm) will see invisibility in addition to its other benefits. Items that grant True Seeing can be seen in the "True Seeing" section of this thread: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187851
