Is there a reasonable way to do this in D&D?

No, Swordage is Supernatural Martial Arts
, not Full Contact Magic (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SupernaturalMartialArts). Higher damage output the better, but also semi-decent at skills, at least social skills, so it's not useless outside of combat. Utility magic is nice, but unneeded.

And, no, King of Smack is a bajillion claw attacks, not punching in the face.

Thanks

Arcane Unarmed Swordsage? Wizard/Warblade/JPM? Wu-Jen/Warblade/JPM? Wizard/Monk/Abjurant Champion/Enlightened Fist? Tashalatora Monk/Ardent?

A Sorcadin would seem to fit this concept, using things like:

Greater Mighty Whallop to enhance his punches with the power of *MAGIC*
Buff spells to grant himself access to combat feats
Wraithstrike to make it hit
Arcane Strike to make it hurt *MORE*
Girrallon Arms + Fuse Arms to make it hurt *EVEN MORE*

And things like Whirling Blade to do it from across the room.

Duskblade+Arcane Channeling Unarmed Strike
Spellsword+Channel Spell Unarmed Strike
Enlightened Fist+Fist of Energy/Arcane Fist

A couple of stunning fist feats (Fiery Fist, and especially ki blast) fit the bill as well. Unfortunately, none of the ones I've mentioned really have any social skills to speak of, unless you add them as class skills via a feat.

Blood Wind would give you the ability to punch the air so hard that your opponent is struck by it. Easy to integrate into your standard Sorcadin build along with the above mentioned Greater Mighty Wallop.

Hm... Semi-normal Sorcadin, but use Crusader instead of the "din", and one level of the Battle Dancer base class from Dragon Comp. too. Sure, you lose bonuses to Ref and Fort, BUT...

You get unarmed strike and Cha to AC while wearing no armor. Since you want "full contact magic", I'm guessing armor is a no-no anyway.

Toss in Blood Wind and GMW to taste.

Neither of those options provide significant enough bonus to be worth sacrificing Paladin in a Sorcadin build. If you want Cha to AC, take IUS and Ascetic Mage. If you want better unarmed strikes, grab SUS from ToB(2d6 is fairly high, often too high to be worth trying to get effective monk levels to beat it). That's 3 feats. Combat Casting makes 4. That leaves 3-6 more feats, depending on flaws and race, to grab whatever else you're wanting.

Abjurant Champion 5/Spelldancer 1 + Persistent Spell + Earth Sheathe (Damage is now Bludgeoning) + Greater Mighty Wallop + Divine Power?

Wizard seems like a good contender here if we swap out our Familiar for Immediate Action teleportation to increase mobility and serve as an emergency exit against potentially lethal blows.

Heroics: Superior Unarmed Strike might also be good. Would have to check the numbers to be certain though.

Possibly add Fist of Zuoken into that mix? Not as "full contact" as Duskblade or Enlightened Fist, but worth a mention.
