Harmonicas (Song and Silence) Bardic Music ability raises the attitude of listeners by one step. Can this stack with raising attitude via perform checks? The idea is to bring listeners to Helpful with Perform/Diplomacy, then use the bardic music to push them to Fanatic. Does this work?

by RAW yes. My DM ruled that you can only bring people up to fanatic with a skill check though. (this is due to our bard convincing an entire country to let him be the ruler. then starting a drug cartel. the original plot line was never played and the campaign lasted for 2 sessions.)
