Complete character generator

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a quick and efficient generator to generate some NPC's for my campaigns, but RedBlade and PCGen only have the core races and classes. Are there any character generators that include the classes and races from the splatbooks?

I doubt there are, because splatbook content cannot be reproduced outside of the books, only contents from the SRD. That said, SRD is more than enough for Vanilla NPC's, and you can fine-tune your BBEG's with your own splatbooks.

But do you mean a gen that just randomly makes NPCs for u or one where u can control it?
