Is there any way to see all your posts or threads?

I found that if I go to someone else's user page, there's an option to see all the user's threads and posts. I am unable to find such an option for myself. Is there one?

Yep. Go to your own profile page. You get there the same way you'd get to mine (click your name in a post, click "View Profile", scroll down to where it says See Other Posts/Threads, you're in business).

Your Profile is also available under the “Quick Links” menu.

Alternatively, you can also search for posts written by you using the search function, because the option underneath profile only shows the last 500 posts if I remember correctly.
