Elder Evil campaign HELP!

I am new to DMing and want to build an Eldar evil campaign that can be run in about 3 weeks of gaming almost every night. Any help would be great! I have all the books I should need and just need advise as to how I should go about setting up the world.

Is it a dark, creepy room?

Or is it a dank, molding room whose very air seems frozen, hostile, suffocating, and murderous?

Read Elder Evils itself. It explains how to run an EE campaign pretty easily.

The EE's presence needs to escalate over time. But again, the book explains that pretty well.
