No- it's a general rule of 3.0-3.5 D&D that bonuses of the same type overlap rather than stacking.

If the type of bonus is different though, it's fine.

They both give enhancement bonuses, so they don't stack.

If each gave a different type of bonus (say one was a Sacred bonus) then they would stack.
