Drow and Lich are from MMI
Demilich is in Epic Level handbook I think.
War Troll is in MMIII
Anthropomorphic Animals are in Savage Species.
Try Ghostwalk for the Ghost progression, if not there then maybe SS (that's where most savage progressions are)
Evolved Undead is Libris Mortis
Paragon is ELH
Pseudonatural, there are two different ones, one in CA (or CM I always mix those up) and the other in ELH.

Some of those might be wrong, going entirely from memory.

Oh and Karsites are Tome of Magic.

The Ghost progression is online here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040117a).

Evolved Undead is in Book of Bad Latin (Libris Mortis) IIRC.

I found a few of these online but it's much more useful to have a book to look them up in.

A fair number of the Savage Progressions are online-only. The Ghost is for sure.

Lernian Lumi is actually two different things. Learnian template (Savage Species) combined with the Lumi race (MM3).

Effectively unkillable too.

Its called Multiheaded.

Ah, I understand. Why is it call Lernian, then?

Ah, I understand. Why is it call Lernian, then?Because there are two versions of the template - one just means you have more than one head, the other ("Lernean") means your heads grow back if severed.

Iirc lernian is a variant of the multiheaded template and it is found on the same header.

The redspawn arcaniss is in either MM IV or V.
