Some FEAT Help, Please!

A friend of mine playes in another game and has asked me for some feat help, I told him to get things like Craven and whatnot but he doesn't want a combat build. So to the request im sure you will all be able to help me out with.

He is playing a Rogue/Ranger and basically wants to convert the old second edition Stalker class. What he is looking for are some skill feats feats that help with these skills and any other skills that would fit well.

The Skills:
Hide
Move Silent
Bluff
Sense Motive
Spot
Listen
Diplomacy

I'd recommend steering him towards:

Darkstalker (Lords of Madness)
Mage Slayer + Pierce Magical Concealment (Complete Arcane)
Cloak Dance (XPH/SRD)
Nemesis (BoED)
Staggering Strike (Complete Adventurer)
Undo Resistance (Exemplars of Evil)
Improved Favored Enemy (Complete Warrior)

I have tried, naming four out of the ones you have suggested but he still wants more skill focused feats :(
