There are a few sources of Smites that work on any alignment whatsoever, yes.


Destruction Domain power
Orc Domain power
Grey Guard PrC, Level 9

Crusaders get alignment free smite, but it has painfully low uses and doesn't add to damage, just to-hit. But honestly, adding to-hit is better than adding to damage as its usually level to hit and cha to damage.

IIRC binding Andras gives you a smite whatever you want every 5 rounds
