What are good books to buy for a steampunk campaign?
Edit: I like both crunch and fluff.
(dieselpunk is fine too)

I don't care if it's from wizards of the coast or not.
I have quite a few resorces for D&D 3.5 and d20 modern,
however would be willing to invest in a completely new setting.

I like eberron (I own most of the splat books for that setting) \
however I would define that as dungeon punk and not as steampunk.

What are you looking for? Insperation? If it is that, go for artwork. It always tends to get that theme across better than any book I have encountered.

If it is dnd, Ebberon is your game. Magical trains, anyone?

GURPS should have a few books detailing the subject, so go for them.

GURPS, has has already been mentioned has several books on the topic. For d20 there's a good 3rd party supplement called Steam and Sorcery. FATE has Spirit of the Century if you're interested in Dieselpunk. Victoriana is generally said to be Shadowrun in the Victorian era.

Dragonmech and Iron Kingdoms are the ones I know best and they rock. Iron kingdoms is the d20 RPG for Warmachine.

Dragonmech has steamborgs, city size steam mecha, and steam powers.

Privateer Press has announced that they're going to put out their own RPG system for Iron Kingdoms:
