OK, first attempt at PF homebrew or a class homebrew. Very much a WIP/rough outline. To do: Class features for non deeds levels beyond 3, more deeds, fluff.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Gladiator is proficient with all simple and martial weapons, light armor, medium armor, and shields (except tower shields).

Grit (EX): As Gunslinger (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/gunslinger), but calculated via Charisma instead of Wisdom and remove "with a firearm" for recovering grit.

Take Great Care (EX): A Gladiator takes no penalty on his attack role when using a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage, additionally, he may apply any precision damage he has when electing to deal nonlethal damage. Additionally, the Gladiator is treated as possessing the Stage Combatant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/stage-combatant-combat) feat. Further, he may take the Dazzling Display (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/dazzling-display-combat) feat, even if he does not have the weapon focus requirement, and may apply it (as well as any feats requiring it) to any weapon he is proficient with.

Deeds

1st Level
Knockback (EX): At 1st level, when the Gladiator successfully makes a melee attack he may spend 1 grit to automatically initiate a bull rush against the target of the attack. Even if the gladiator fails the strength check, the attack still does normal damage.
Ridicule (EX): At 1st level, by expending one point of Grit, as a standard action a Gladiator may attempt to influence a crowd against opponent(s). The gladiator picks one opposing "team" and makes a performance check using the DC for improving attitude (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/performance-combat) based on the opponent's current standing with the crowd, applying modifiers for unfair advantages in reverse. If successful, the crowd's attitude decreases one level for the opposition. If the gladiator uses a Full Round Action instead of a Standard Action, he may effect every opposing team (roll once, compare against all target). A gladiator must be clearly visible and/or audible to the audience to use this ability.

3rd Level
Goad (EX): At 3rd level, the Gladiator can spend 1 grit point to provoke all foes within 30 feet that has line of sight and intelligence >3. Targets must make a Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 Gladiator level + Gladiator's Cha modifier) or they may only target the Gladiator for offensive actions during their turn (unless they can not reach the Gladiator to attack him).
Trickmaster (EX): At 3rd level, the Gladiator may spend 1 grit point to preform dirty tricks as an attack OR a swift action (pick one when using this deed).

7th Level
Gladiator's Spirit (EX): At 7th level, as long as the gladiator has at least 1 grit point and his current hit points are less than half his maximum, he gains DR 2/- and a 10% miss chance
Sprinting Attack (EX): At 7th level, the Gladiator may spend 1 grit to gain the Pounce special ability for 1 turn
Targeting (EX): As Gunslinger deed of same name, but standard and melee attack.

11th Level

15th Level

19th Level

Gladiator Training: At 2nd level, and at every even level thereafter, a Gladiator gains either the Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat for one exotic weapon of his choosing, or any

Improved Dirty Trick: At 2nd level, a gladiator gains Improved Dirty Trick (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/improved-dirty-trick-combat) as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the requirements.

Professional Performing Combatant: At 3rd level, a gladiator may use performance feats in any type of combat. Performance combat checks are a flat DC20 outside of performance combat. A gladiator is considered to have the Preforming Combatant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/performing-combatant-combat) feat for the purpose of requirements.

Boisterous Attack (EX): At 5th level, a Gladiator adds his Charisma bonus to his to Attack Rolls for melee weapons. At 9th level he adds his Charisma bonus to his damage with melee weapons.

Uncanny Dodge (EX): As Barbarian.

Improved Uncanny Dodge (EX): As Barbarian.

Archetypes
Dimachaerus:
The spectacle of a gladiator wielding two weapons at once it often seen as a performance in its own right
Gain: Two weapon combat fighting style (as Ranger at levels 2, 6, 10, 14, 18)
Lose: Gladiator Training

Author's notes
Gladiator's Spirit gives a miss chance, but at the level Wizard's are walking around with one. The DR2/- is a little stepping on the Barbarian's toes (they get DR1/- at this level), but 1 DR is worth little outside of a zerg rush at level 7 anyways, and a Gladiator must maintain 1 Grit
Free preforming combatant equivalent is granted so the class actually works in a standard adventuring campaign without a heavy feat tax.
I'm not sure Preforming combatant is a requirement for anything, but just in case.
Boisterous Attack helps make a gladiator more SAD as he grows in level

Sand toss isn't much of an improvement over dirty tricks if you have the improved dirty trick feat, aside from the ability to use it in place of an attack (instead of as a standard/move action). Perhaps it would be better to let you spend grit to gain the use of improved/greater dirty trick, using the same action as now?

I wasn't aware PF introduced such a thing.

Hmm, now I really need ideas for deeds.

Allowing the dirty trick as a swift would work, or in place of a single attack as part of a full attack. Would blinding your foe be too much for a swift?

Also. like the pic. Gladius was fun.

Called Shots and Performance feats might be good for this guy.

^^
That would work for a deed and it was!

^
Ohhh! PF rules I overlooked that are perfect for this guy! *heavy edits*

You need to fill empty levels. And not with Gladiator Training--an extra exotic weapon proficiency does not qualify as a full class feature.

I know (I just upgraded it to "or a performance combat feat" when I changed the name, though still underwhealming). It's a very early WIP.
