Can you take Planar Domains like Celestia Domain using the Arcane Disciple feat? If so, would that open up both domain spells for spontaneous casting from the Warmage?

The immediate problem I see is that Arcane Disciple gives you one domain, but Planar Domains count as two. So I'd say no, but maybe if you took the feat twice and then retrained/reformed you could do something like that.

By RAW, yes, but this is probably a few steps into "Check With Your DM Territory". And do note that worshipping the correct deity appears to be a requirement, in addition to a stricter alignment requirement. The deities under each planar domain aren't listed in the Spell Compendium, but they are in the Planar Handbook.

Yes, but by RAW per the text under Arcane Disciple, you're limited to one domain spell per level per day. Once you cast one domain spell for that level, you can't cast it or it's counterpart as a domain spell for the rest of the day (although you should still be good for spell trigger/spell completion items).
