Semi official fix=Given by original author, but not printed by WotC.

Hexblade and Shadowcaster have some minor tweeks that make them not completely suck while Swiftblade has the author change the entry to allow casters with Haste in slots not 3rd level.

I saw a 10-lvl Reaping Mauler PrC by some dude who worked on a few books.
Is that the kind of thing you're looking for?

Does the whole bit with Invisible Blade count? I forget the specifics, but I vaguely recall that the original 10-level version showed up somewhere.

Also, while it's not quite the same thing, there are those sidebars in the Rules Compendium that say things like "What are you, nuts? Don't take Open Lock. Just roll it into Disable Device."

If he was behind Reaping Mauler's original version, yes.

Not sure, but it looks like he did definitely work on Exemplars of Evil, Complete Mage, Races of the Dragon, and Weapons of Legacy.

The shadowcaster fix was also done by its creator.

I've just found Ardent has semi-offical Erata on one point: It's powers known are based on Ardent level, not ML.
