Build/Op Challenge

So, I found myself thinking about Dynasty Warriors today, and had a thought: how to translate some of the characters into Dungeons and Dragons? Namely, this guy:

Yes. Him. How would you stat him out? Is it possible to stat such epicness?

Could you give a quick explanation of what he does? Then we can build for that. As it is right now he looks like a Bloodstorm Blader using a homebrewed quadruple weapon that he throws at the enemy.

Musou is a Time Stop + Something Awesome activated upon taking and/or receiving a total of X damage. So has has to have that. He must have Exotic Weapon Proficiency (four-bladed thingie), Whirlwind Attack, all of the Two-Weapon Fighting feats to be able to use his blade, Heavy Armor Proficiency, and a high movement speed.

High-level Barbarian/Fighter. Barbarian gives movement speed and perhaps DR, and Fighter gives him his fighting moxie and bonus feats. On a rage, his (magic) feathers activate Time Stop.

He's probably you're standard powerful charger.

Lion Spirit Totem (and Wolf totem, the non spirit one, if allowed simultaneously) barb 1/Dungeoncrasher 4/Frenzied berserker 10/Dungeoncrasher 4

Typical feats - power attack, Imp bull rush, shock trooper, leap attack, mounted combat, spirited charge.

You could slip out some of that Dungeoncrasher at the end for some Warblade or Crusader to grab a couple a manuevers to be your musou, I guess.

Valorous berserking weapon, lance works since he's been shown weilding a spear most games.

Two Weapon Fighting Swordsage using Time Stands Still, or a TWF Ruby Knight Windicator that uses manuevers and a belt of battle to take a move action, a standard action and two full round actions on one turn.

What he can does is smack mooks around with his weapon and throws it

I don't know either, but you can tell he's epic by his large shoulderpads and loooooooong feathers.
