Reducing casting time

While I was going through the metamagic feats, I was wondering what would be the largest casting duration that could be reduced to a swift action.

I know of: Rapid + Quicken= full round -> swift

But for example, would it be possible to reduce a 10min casting to a swift action?

If it's an area spell, you could use the Arcana Archer 'Imbue Arrow' SLA to turn it into a standard action. Then what?
Or you could scribe it on a scroll for a standard action. Then what?

Let's not include 'DM-says-no' things.

Wish quicken by a sudden quick metamagic feat (or a quicken metamagic rod) to cast the spell.

The longest casting time I'm aware of is Legend Lore, which under the worst possible circumstances is 2d6 weeks.
