I am playing a very mild Gish who goes back and forth between healing / support, offensive casting and front-lining. I have 200,000 GP to play with, but most of it is spoken for. He is a Death Delver, primarily. Any advice on purchasing gear?

Belt of Battle is generic, but good for doing multiple roles at the same time.
Marvelous Pigments can be really useful in the right situation. Making colossal weapons to telekinetic throw at people for instance.

Belt of Battle is, indeed, awesome.

Eduardo's into Turning, right?
-Phylactery of Undead Turning (DMG, 11k): +4 effective turning level
-Nightstick Rod (Libris Mortis, 7500): +4 turn attempts/day (multiple Nightsticks stack RAW, but that's kinda cheesy)
-Scepter of the Netherworld (Libris Mortis, 9k): +3 effective turning level
-Circlet of Persuasion (4500): +3 on all Cha-based checks (which includes turning)

Stolen from here (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872990/Comprehensive_Guide_to_Turning), more in the guide.

So you're familiar with Eduardo's work then!

These items are a good start, thanks.
