Good evening Playgrounders,

after a weekend trip to england (24 hours with a friggin coach...ouch) I got some ideas for characters.

One is a "assassin"-esque character fighting with 2 Punching Daggers. (Katara (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katara_%28dagger%29))
Similar to this (http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/9730/cardb359hr3.jpg) because the idea is inspired by it the "Guillotine Cross" Class from Ragnarök Online.
In RO the Class can Hide (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=51), move while hiding (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=135), use a dashing retreat (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=150) and some special attacks.
Envenom (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=52), Sonic Blow (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=136),Grimmtooth (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=137), Soul Breaker (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=skill_db&skid=379) and so on. (see Guillotine Cross for other special attacks and poison moves).

But somehow the only thing actually granting these things and moves would be the HungryGhost/Quingong Monk, at least it's the only one I can think of.
Trading some abilities for spells and other things. But somehow I think this will not work well. (due to limited KI for example).

So I again need advice how to build such a character, assuming 25-Point buy, no Traits/Flaws.

Hope you can help me.

Is it PF only, or is 3.5 stuff allowed? If so, how much?

Now that, that is out of my system I can try and do something useful

Sounds like your players wants the Assassin class, which can do pretty much everything you listed. Of course some assassin spells can be changed to make it more flavorful

EDIT: oh nevermind its Pathfinder :smalltongue: but my point remains that it is the most accurate to your description

We should stay with pure Pathfinder, but my DM might wing some "non-cheese" feats...

The Assassin as Class itself is not quite the thing I looked for, thought about it myself but somehow I don't see a thing it would do better than a Monk (except for the death strike, which is not that great...) that changed out some of the less usefull abilities for abilities usefull in terms of fluff.

Hope you can help me further.

I'd suggest a near full ninja if it is meant to primarily be pathfinder or paladin if you want to swing as a holy assassin. Both of those classes make dual wielding profitable because they add damage to each and every attack. A level or two of shadowdancer would give you hide in plain sight (not sure if that's a rogue talent).

That being said a lot of the special abilities sound more like something out of the Tome of Battle, in which case I would suggest a swordsage focusing in tiger claw and reflavored (for darkness and sonic rather than fire) desert wind.

Sadly no 3.5 material. It's on a case by case ratio, IF we ahve the book. AFAIK ToB was never translated into german and additionally it is seen as one of those unholy books of OP-ness...

But Ninja sounds interesting. Which Ninja Tricks should I try to grab? Feats? How Should I distribute my Attributes (without dumping cha?)?

And going back to the HG-QG Monk assuming I take Scimitar-Kataras, and enchant them both guided (price of 2500 each[yes, houserule]) which spells would you advice me to take? So far Invisibility seems like a good idea but for the other things I couldn't even find a spell except I think of a refluffed Sheet Lightning as fun for Meteor Assault and some cone spell for Soulstrike.

Hope you can help me further.

taking 3 levels of brawler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter/archetypes/paizo---fighter-archetypes/brawler) might be a good idea for bonus feats and nice bonus to hit/damage
