Are all the attacks gained from binds natural attacks?

Like with the Totem Bind of the Sphinx claws ( Pounce )
can I use the crown bind of the Frost helm ( Ray of cold ) on a charge too?

can I use the crown bind of the Frost helm ( Ray of cold ) on a charge too?No. The only natural attacks you get say they're natural attacks, such as bites and claws.

Even some that SHOULD be natural attacks (like the one that gives you a tail slap) aren't, since they don't act like other natural attacks.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure most totemist things are natural attacks. The cold ray won't be though, and won't be usable on a charge unless the wording is very odd. It's probably a standard action.

The Manticore Belt, Displacer Mantle, at least one other, and the ones in Dragon Magic do not state if they are or are not.

Each of those soulmelds mentions using a Standard action or Full Round action to use that attack form.
