I wasn't able to find the answer to this online.
I know that in Persona 3 Portable, you can control your entire party in combat. I know you have the option of a female protagonist, and the option of Igor's assistant being a man named Theo instead of Elizabeth.
If you're playing a male protagonist, can you social link with romanceable characters without romancing them? That is, is it like Persona 4, in that you can max social links with Mitsuru, Yukari, Fuuka, Aigis, Yuko, and Chihiro while only romancing Mitsuru--or is it like the original Persona 3, in that maxing a social link with any of those girls is synonymous with romancing them?
