Is there anybody that does avatar requests?

I've been trying to creat a Avatar in the same art style as "Order of the Stick" and it keeps coming out weird looking to me. Is there anybody out there that can do somthing like that for my using This (http://132.209.40.23/w4/campagne/images/WotC_Art_Galleries/Draconomicon/Dragonkin.jpg) as a base?
