What is the lowest level I can get into this PrC? Is there any cheese to get into it faster?

Druid 5. No early entry. If you are seriously asking for extra cheeze related to PS, your DM is not going to enjoy playing with you. Probably no one else in the group, either.

Cheesing your way into Planar Shepherd is like strapping dynamite to a nuke.

At absolute best you might get in 1 level early with sanctum spell, the divine minion template for wildshape and favoured in house for meeting skill ranks.

But what would be the point? You'd be missing out on advancing wildshape.

You are quite right about that!

I'm a DM and do not plan to actually make this monstruosity. I was just curious.
