The Assault on Santa's Workshop (http://www.xtremedungeonmastery.com/downloads/Santa/Santa2009.pdf) comes to mind...

(And some extra stuff for it (http://www.xtremedungeonmaster.com/Forum/assault-on-santas-workshop/) if you need it...)

Don't tell them it's a holiday theme. Tell them it's a winter theme. When they trudge past the glaciers and see the elven retreat, they shouldn't already know that the treasure is all toys. Let them figure it out.

The Man in Red- is a good title for santa claus. His workshop is besieged by frost giants help him and his peaceful encampment. Flying reindeer for the paladins.

Clever, strong-as-Grummush orc marauder and his pet warg have been a pest to a small town in the foothills of <insert fantasy mountain range>. They have been able to fend him off through organization and numbers, but they have let their guard down during the winter solstice. The clever orc succeeds in stealing town's food stores and riches through obfuscation rather than outright force, and the adventurers are tasked with saving the town from certain death over a harsh winter. Perhaps there is more to this orc, however, than anyone believed...

Go read "Hogfather" by Terry Pratchett for a D&D-like Christmas adventure.
