Netflix subtitles/dubbing toggle?

So I was trying to run Naruto for the kids on netflix streaming, and it's subtitled which just isn't going to work. However, at the screen where you would select to play, choose a different episode, remove from queue etc there is a 'speech bubble' on the right side. Clicking that brings up a little menu that allows you to choose no subtitles and english language. However, even when changing these selections it doesn't actually change anything when running the show, it's still sub'd not dub'd.

Anyone got any hints why this isn't working, or is it just not a feature that's active yet or something?

They probably updated the system to work with English titles that have other languages, and probably have tagged the original language as "English" give them a few days (probably weeks) and they'll either remove the option from the ones that don't work, or they'll finish writing code for it and get the English audio.
