what to do with these decanters?

i have 250 decanters of endless water and have no clue what to do with the rest. could you guys help me come up with ideas? and i have about 1000000 gold left.

Why? Use a lower flow. 5x250 is over 200 gallons/ second, or 30 cubic feet / second. It may take a while to flood the dungeon, but hey, if you had time to make 250 decanters, it sounds like you have plenty of time...

You are a Wizard? Develop a spell that drains water in a large radius. Then Widen it. Drain all of the water in a kingdom. Then offer to "return" the water in exchange for massive ransoms. Rinse and repeat.

You, sir, win this thread. It's perfect. Open a portal Gate (if not high enough level, pay a high-level Wizard to do it for you) and start flooding the entire plane. Have anti-fire elemental defenses prepared in case anything nasty should come through looking for the source of the vile liquids pouring into the plane (perhaps you can summon some water elementals to help you out). Then, when the last denizens come through begging for mercy, show none.

Remind him that you're just creating a BBEG for a Good party (likely played by you guys) to fight later. For example, defeat you to restore balance to the elemental planes. It could make an interesting campaign, and it should persuade him to let you reap the benefits of your work.
