My younger brother wants to make an account, but we use the same computer most of the time. Is this okay?

It's fine, just remember to post in this thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39599) when he creates the account, so the mods don't suspect you of making alt accounts.

Yes. There are many legitimate reasons for more than one person to be using separate accounts on the same computer. Siblings sharing a home computer is certainly one of them. Just, like Mando said, do us the favor of letting us know about it in the Alternate Accounts thread that he linked.
