This is a prestige class specifically made for my giant-hating cat people, the Lihatend (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224849). However, you don't quite have to be one of them, it's just difficult. Is this something anyone would be interested in adapting to their own campaign worlds?

Fluff:
"The relaying of the Nu'haruja legend led my Lihat host to tell me something of their history in battle with the Giants, and especially of an elite group of warriors known as the Lihat Guardians. It seems that since the Battle of Oskar Ridge, King Jak developed an incredible ability to grow to the size of a giant for a short time, reaching over a dozen feet tall and becoming correspondingly massive and strong, accompanied by a furious rage and bloodlust. This was assumed to be another aspect of the Fallen One's gift. Eventually, after an especially vicious battle in which he had slain dozens of giants with one of their own swords, he never returned to his normal size. After this, he discovered that he had the ability to bestow this gift on other worthy male Lihats, though none but King Jak has ever become permanently giant-sized. These elite warriors are known as the Lihat Guardians. They go into battle either carrying swords recovered from slain giants, or with nothing more than their own teeth and claws. Their ferocity is legendary, and they seem to cheat death itself while in the throes of their fury. Lihat Guardians usually enter battle in small groups or as one massed formation, for none but another Lihat Guardian is safe when they enter their fury. Other Lihats follow at a cautious distance, hoping to score a kill so they can eat a slain giant's heart. This is rumored to be necessary to enter the ranks of the Guardians. When not in the battle fury, Lihat Guardians can be very stealthy indeed, stalking giants as the most dedicated hunter stalks his prey of choice, often catching them completely by surprise as they leap from the bushes and take on their larger forms." --Beros Odemai, esquire.

Fury: The Lihat Guardian enters a state similar to a Barbarian's Rage, but the stat changes are: +8 Strength, +2 Constitution, growth one size category larger, to a limit of size colossal. Additionally, the ability is only usable once per day, but the number of rounds it lasts is equal to the Lihat Guardian's (imrpoved) Constitution bonus plus his levels in Lihat Guardian. Otherwise, it is the same as the Barbarian's Rage ability (+2 Morale bonus on Will saves, takes a -2 penalty to Armor Class (there may also be a size penalty to armor class, typically -1 for becoming Large)). The increase in Constitution increases the Lihat Guardian's hit points by 1 points per level, but these hit points go away at the end of the Fury when his Constitution score drops back to normal. While in a Fury, a Lihat Guardian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except for Balance, Escape Artist, Intimidate, and Ride), the Concentration skill, or any abilities that require patience or concentration, nor can he cast spells or activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function. He can use any feat he has except Combat Expertise, item creation feats, and metamagic feats. A Lihat Guardian may prematurely end his Fury. At the end of the Fury, the Lihat Guardian loses the Fury modifiers and restrictions and becomes fatigued (-2 penalty to Strength, -2 penalty to Dexterity, can't charge or run) for the duration of the current encounter. The damage dealt by the Lihat Guardian's natural weapons increases by one dice when he grows a size category larger, but not his equipment or weapons. Clothing and armor are destroyed if the Lihat Guardian is wearing them when he enters a Fury. Most Lihat Guardians are armed with swords taken as spoils from slain Giants, usually greatswords, which are too large for them to use outside of their Fury.

Dodge Bonus Vs Giants: A Lihat Guardian receives a +2 dodge bonus to his AC against attacks made by creatures of the Giant or Monstrous Humanoid subtype. This bonus only applies if the creature is Large or larger. At the DM's discretion, the dodge bonus may apply to attacks made by other creatures that are humanoid in appearance and Large or larger, such as a solar.

At 3rd level, and every odd level after that, the dodge bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +6 at level 9. This bonus is lost while the Lihat Guardian is flat-footed, unconscious, or helpless, or any time that he would be denied his Dexterity bonus to her AC. Dodge bonuses from different sources stack.

Giant Sneak Attack: This functions identically to the Rogue's sneak attack ability, but only functions against creatures of size Large or larger with a generally humanoid anatomy (usually Giants, Humanoids, and Monstrous Humanoids, at DM's discretion), and must be delivered with natural weapons. It stacks with a Rogue's sneak attack ability, and creatures immune to sneak attacks are immune to the Giant Sneak Attack as well.

Bloodsense: Any time a Lihat Guardian of level 2 or higher strikes a creature with the Giant type with a slashing or piercing weapon, he adds one to the threat range of the weapon, and receives a bonus equal to half his Lihat Guardian levels, rounded down, on rolls to confirm a critical.

Pounce: A Lihat Guardian can make a full attack after a charge, but only with his natural weapons. If wielding a weapon, he may make only one attack with it as normal.

Greatfang: A 4th level Lihat Guardian's fangs grow larger, causing his bite attack damage to increase by one dice size.

Greater Fury: The Lihat Guardian's stat increases become +10 to Strength and +4 to Constitution, with a +3 bonus to Will saves. The AC penalty remains at -2.

Greatclaw: A 6th level Lihat Guardian's claws grow larger; his claws' damage dice increases by one dice size.

Hasted Fury: During his Fury, a 7th level Lihat Guardian may make an additional attack, at his highest base attack bonus, as part of a full attack. This does not stack with the Haste spell or any other ability that may grant an additional attack per round, such as a weapon of with the speed enhancement.

Evasion: An 8th level Lihat Guardian gains the Evasion ability. If he already has the Evasion ability, he gains Improved Evasion.

Undying Fury: At 9th level, a Lihat Guardian does not die or become incapacitated during their Fury unless reduced to -30 hitpoints, in which case they simply die. If they are at -1 to -9 hitpoints when the Fury ends (including the hitpoints lost due to their Constitution score dropping), they fall to the ground and are dying. If they are at -10 or less hitpoints when the Fury ends, they fall to the ground and are dead. Note that once they go below -1 hitpoints, they begin to bleed to death and lose 1 hitpoint per round until they are dead or have a positive hitpoint total again.

Unending Fury: The first time a Lihat Guardian enters a Fury after reaching 10th level, the size increase becomes permanent, along with a +4 inherent bonus to Strength when they are not in a Fury. (Their strength only increases by +6 when they enter a Fury after this point). The Undying Fury and Hasted Fury special abilities only function during the Lihat Guardian's Fury. The Lihat Guardian will still be fatigued after the Fury is over.

Prerequisites: This is a total mess. Please clean this up and stack the prerequisites in a descending order with a heading, like Alignment, Feats, etc. Also, the Chaotic requirement is not explained in the fluff. I see no reason why you should deny this class to neutral creatures. Perhaps make it Non-Lawful instead?

Fury: A Size penalty does not always increase by -1. I believe the Size penalty for Large creatures is -1, the Size penalty for Huge is -2, the Size penalty for Gargantuan is -4, and the Size penalty for Colossal is -8. So if the creature who enters Fury goes from Fine to Dimunitive, Diminutive to Small, Huge to Gargantuan, or Gargantuan to Colossal, for example, the penalty will not be -1.

Additionally, I very strongly suggest you add "to a maximum of Colossal" to that "grow one Size category larger" statement.

Additionally, specifying the increase in specific die for a natural weapon is inappropriate for a prestige class that is not racially exclusive. (Not all creatures who take this class will have a claw damage of 1d4, not all creatures who take this class will have a bite of 1d3)

Dodge Bonus Against Giants: I strongly suggest cleaning this up a bit. Here, try this:

A Lihat Guardian receives a +2 dodge bonus to her AC against attacks made by creatures of the Giant or Monstrous Humanoid subtype.

This bonus is lost while the Lihat Guardian is flat-footed, unconscious, or helpless, or any time that she would be denied her Dexterity bonus to her AC. Dodge bonuses from different sources stack.

Greatfang and Greatclaw: See above complaints. If you want the class to be taken by non-Lihatends, then don't use so many race-specific calculations.

Hasted Fury: It's called a speed weapon enhancement, not a "hasted weapon".

Other than that, the class looks great! I hope to come back tomorrow and see it cleaned up and looking playable! Good job!

That is some impressive fluff. You should put it in the OP though.
