Evil Party build (Not PvP based)

Well my Dm just announced we were gonna start a high level evil party. PvP is not the focus, but it is not forbidden. So being the primary arcane caster, I decided to try a fun build I have never been able to do, and use a favorite PrC of mine.

So-
Grey Elf Wizard
Wizard 9
Ur-Priest 2
Mystic Theurge 8.

Str-10
Dex-14
Con-16
Wis-18
Int-20
Cha-8

This way I end up with double 9's.
Any ideas on what feats/spells I should take?
Also is there a better race then grey elf?

The campaign starts at level 12 and fast track progress to 20. Any input would be helpful. Most books atleast have the option to run by the DM. Thanks

The only race that would be better than a Grey Elf would be some sort of Grey Elf-Mind Flayer hybrid. Just picture it, an elf with tentacles. What a novelty! (And if you're seriously asking, the answer is I don't know).
