Ultimate Magus work around

Is there any way at all to get the Ultimate Magus (Complete Mage) to advance two spontaneous classes? In other words, is there a way to make a spontaneous arcane class able to cast from a spell book? If there's a way to do it without Dragon Magazine I haven't found it. (I don't have most issues of dragon so I would know what options there are with it.)

I'm not really planning on using such a build, but it was just a thought that occurred to me as kind of neat.
